CONSTABLE SECURITY SERVICE: Residents have requested that the District contract with a private constable service to increase security patrols in our District. However, the addition of this service would require an additional fee of $ 4.00 per month per household/connection as a pass-through cost (fee would decrease as District expands and number of connections increase; provides for 2 constables, in one car, working 40 hours per week to add increased security patrols in FBCM25. PLEASE NOTE: FBCM25 WOULD NOT HIRE EMPLOYEES AND ENTER THE SECURITY BUSINESS BUT WOULD CONTRACT WITH CONSTABLE PRECINCT 4).

LEAK REPAIR AND WINTERIZING (outside the home only): There has been considerable interest expressed by our residents to have the District offer services to replace and/repair residential water and sewer lines (from the meter to the house-outside the home only). We are considering offering the service for a fee but there are a number of residential payment options available.

HOURS OF OPERATION: Residents have expressed interest in a change to the District office hours of operation to include earlier opening and late closing. The highest number of suggestions have suggested 7am-5:00pm or 8:00am-6:00pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00am-12 noon on Fridays.
