Strategic Plan

Development and implementation of a short- and long-term strategic plan to include: Development of an emergency preparedness (disaster) plan (must include provision for drought contingency as well as other disasters) for : The District Development and implementation of an action plan to facilitate the conversion to surface water use as outlined by state parameters. Development and implementation of a method to facilitate outflow recycling. Development of composite maps of Fort Bend Municipal Utility District No. 25 to include district boundaries, equipment location and overlays outlining primary and sec secondary trunks and lines. Development and implementation of a preventive maintenance program for equipment and underground lines. Development and implementation of an action plan to stimulate and facilitate district expansion and annexation above the presently planned 3000 connection ceiling. Review and discuss potential for annexation by the City of Houston. Balance development and attainment of overall strategic plan within the financial constraints of the District to insure future stability and viability. Evaluate alternative methods of disinfection to prevent the applicability of the new EPA Risk Management Program.
