Fort Bend County has a Recycle/Environmental Center at 1200 Blume Road, on the western edge of the Rosenberg city limits. Check this site for information on hours of operation, materials that are accepted, and environmentally friendly alternatives to some of the chemicals used to produce household hazardous wastes.

Keep America Beautiful is a national nonprofit public education organization dedicated since 1953 to engaging individuals to take great responsibility for improving their local community environment. Keep Sugar Land Beautiful is an affiliate of KAB.

The mission of KTB is to empower Texans through education to take responsibility for enhancing their community's environment. Keep Sugar Land Beautiful is an affiliate of KTB.

We are dedicated to the beautification of Sugar Land and the surrounding area via the education of youth and adults about litter control, recycling, waste management, environmental improvements, landscaping, etc. KSLB, an affiliate of Keep America Beautiful and Keep Texas Beautiful, provides award-winning programs facilitated by volunteers, which help to motivate community members to improve their neighborhoods and create a healthier, safer, more livable environment.
