Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District Number 25
has evolved from a single, small subdivision to our current service base of Summerfield, Park Pointe, Stratford Park, Orchard Lakes, Chelsea Harbor, Pheasant Creek, and Oak Lake Court subdivisions, two apartment complexes, two schools and several commercial establishments. New home construction and new lot development has occurred at a rate comparable to larger master-planned communities. Our District’s growth is characteristic of the strong residential housing market in the greater Houston area, fueled by low interest rates and high consumer confidence.

Additionally, Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District Number 25 (FBCM25) now provides services to other MUDs and cities to include Field Operations (Facility Operation & Maintenance, Infrastructure Repairs & Maintenance); Bookkeeping and Accounting Services; and Customer Service/Billing & Collections services. Our service focus is what distinguishes FBCM25 from most for-profit services because our philosophy is founded on the belief that municipalities have only one thing to offer-customer service! Hence, customer service excellence founded on ethical business practices is our driver.

Our workforce is already an in-house M.U.D. Operations Team; Who knows more about what a M.U.D. needs to be successful or wants to ensure satisfied customers than another M.U.D.? The Operations team combines formal education and training with many years of expertise in M.U.D. industry functions to include prior years of service as M.U.D. Board members; as employees in other for-profit operator service and other entities; and extensive service in non-profit customer service driven organizations. The expertise, education, and current roles of FBCM25's workgroup makes a powerful service-oriented team to create win-win opportunities for M.U.D.s and their residents.

Like most people, you probably don’t spend much time thinking about your water and sewer service.  As long as water comes out of the spigot when you turn it on, or the commode flushes when you push the handle, it is easy to take this finite natural resource for granted.  It is the responsibility of the FBCMUD25 Board of Directors, our consultants and service providers to make sure that water is there when you need it.  In addition to our record for providing quality customer service,  we are proud to fulfill our commitment to area residents as outlined in our Mission Statement and Strategic Plan, including:

  • Maintaining the purity of the water supply;
  • Ensuring the provision of quality service;
  • Maintaining the integrity of the sanitary sewer and system;
  • Controlling the tax base within acceptable limits; and,
  • Ensuring the financial growth and stability of the District.

As our water customer, we invite you to access this website for information about our water services and related issues of interest and concern to our community, and trust that you will find it a helpful resource should you have billing or repair questions.  You will also find timely advice about conserving our water resources and other important tips in the areas of water quality and safety.

The Board of Directors works for YOU...each and every resident of our District.  We encourage you to let us hear from you...let us know how we’re doing and what we can do to improve.  We need your input, opinions, comments, complaints and kudos.  And, we welcome your questions, too, so take the time to contact us.
